Warranty Policy
We build gear to last. If something’s not right, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide full support and prioritize repairs whenever possible.
Coverage
- Every Alfa Thrust product comes with a 2-year standard warranty. By registering your account on our website within 30 days of purchase, you receive an additional 3-year extended warranty at no extra cost, bringing your total protection to 5 years.
What’s Covered
- Material or manufacturing defects
- Stitching or hardware issues not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
- Crash, accident, or misuse damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper washing or care
- UV, chemical, or heat damage
- Altered or modified items
- Hygiene items once opened (balaclavas, socks, base layers)
- Second-hand items or products without proof of purchase
Warranty and discount claims are valid only for items bought new from Alfa Thrust or authorized resellers.
How We Fix Things
- Repair – If we can fix it, we will.
- Replace – If repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace it with the same or closest model.
- Discount on New Product – If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we’ll offer a 40% discount on any new Alfa Thrust product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Keep your receipt, invoice, or order number.
- Send photos of the defect and product label.
- Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
