We want you to ride safely, sustainably, and happily. Our policies are designed to protect you and the planet, while keeping things simple and clear.

Returns & Exchanges – Ride Responsibly

Every unnecessary return increases CO₂ emissions. Please double-check your size before ordering. Choosing an exchange instead of a return is faster, more sustainable, and helps you get back on the road quickly. 

Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 14 days after order delivery to return or exchange items.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Fill out our Return & Exchange Form (link in your order confirmation).
  • Pack your item securely in its original condition with tags, labels, armors/protectors, accessories, and packaging (including the reusable zipped bag).
  • Ship it to the return address provided in your order confirmation email:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, and undamaged, free from stains, odors, or wear.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, protectors, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or not following care instructions are non-returnable.
  • Free gifts or promotional items must be returned; otherwise, their value may be deducted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are prioritized.
  • For exchange, standard shipping rates may apply.
  • Items must meet the return conditions and be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless your item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
  • We strongly recommend tracked shipping. Alfa Thrust is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 7–10 working days.
  • Standard shipping fees from the original order will be refunded if they were charged.
  • Expedited or express shipping costs are non-refundable.
