We want you to ride safely, sustainably, and happily. Our policies are designed to protect you and the planet, while keeping things simple and clear.
Returns – Ride Responsibly
Every unnecessary return increases CO₂ emissions. Please double-check your size before ordering.
Return Window
- You have 14 days after order delivery to return items.
How to Return
- Fill out our Return Form.
- Pack your item securely in its original condition with tags, labels, armors/protectors, accessories, and packaging (including the reusable zipped bag).
- Ship it to the return address provided in your order confirmation email:

Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unused, and undamaged, free from stains, odors, or wear.
- Include all original packaging, tags, labels, protectors, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or not following care instructions are non-returnable.
- Free gifts or promotional items must be returned; otherwise, their value may be deducted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless your item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
- We strongly recommend tracked shipping. Alfa Thrust is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we aim to process your refund within 7–10 working days.
- Standard shipping fees from the original order will be refunded if they were charged.
- Expedited or express shipping costs are non-refundable.
